I tea dyed this cloth. It has a very worn look and then I hand stitched my saying onto the bottom. I bought picture frames and covered them with the cloth and painted the edges. With a few finishing touches of ribbon, buttons, and a flower made of raffia I was ready to give this away.

Canning grape syrup. I added sugar and grape juice that was steamed out. I put them into pints and hot water bathed them for a bit and we were done. When I am ready to use one I add a cornstarch base and thicken the syrup and add a bit of purple food coloring to make it fun.
